Working with a client to curate, design and build a bespoke corporate festivals is the lifeblood of the team at CFC. It allows us to blend skills including creativity, artistry and technical knowledge to create a unique experience that resonates with everyone involved.

To create an immersive, Glastonbury-inspired experience for 600 delegates, fostering engagement, team-building, and networking in a vibrant, relaxed atmosphere. The festival is a one-day event and must feature live music, food stalls, interactive activities, fairground rides and wellness workshops, all set in a scenic outdoor venue.
We transformed an empty field into a vibrant and dynamic event space. Starting with a blank canvas, the team created a colourful and memorable experience for all. We built the all essential infrastructure then meticulously planning every detail to ensure a seamless event.
Carefully chosen food vans lined the perimeter, offering a variety of culinary delights. Power generators, VIP toilets, water stations, various bars, bespoke signage and carefully curated décor, to reflect the festival’s theme, with colorful bunting, beautiful festival flags, and comfortable seating areas. Fairground rides, inflatable games, walk-around acrobats and interactive workshops provided activities for all throughout the day.
A large stage was erected, complete with state-of-the-art speakers and lighting to enhance the live entertainment experience. Every aspect of the festival, from logistics to aesthetics, was thoughtfully designed and implemented to create an immersive and enjoyable atmosphere for the client.
